This is the terms of use of the Shanbio Salon.
About the use of salon
The following costomers are not permitted in Shanbio.
●The people who have been doing dangerous acts or cause inconvenience to other customers.
●The people who are not suitable for the salon.
About making a reservation
●Our salon needs to make reservations by telephone or Internet in advance.
●The people who have high blood pressure, discomfort, allergies, taking medicine or alcohol, in a treatment， pregnant or in a lactation period. Please let us know when you make a reservation.（It may unable to operate.）
●The people who are pregnant more than 20 weeks can make reservations.（The people pregnant over 20 weeks is available for specific menu）
●If you want to cancel or change the reservation,please contact us the day before you come.
On the day of reservation
●Please come to the reception 5 minutes in advance before the reservation time. In addition, When if you are late for reservation.we may shorten the treatment time, please undeastand.
●We will have a quick counseling before the treatment.please feel free to contact us.
●In order to prevent an accident after counseling. It depends on the judgment of the esthetician,it may cannot take the treatment.please understand.
Precautions before treatment
If you are belong to the following items,you may not be able to take the treatment. In order to prevent the accident,please let us know before the treatment.(We cannot take any responsibility in Shanbio in that case.)
●Using medical electronic devices.
●Heart diseases,infectious diseases and pregnant people.
●Have a fever and an injury.
●Abnormal skin sensation.
●Have a seizure disorder.
●Have malignant tumors.
●Have silicon under the skin by cosmetic surgery.
●Have metal in the body by treatment.
●Have been treated by doctors and have some kind of disabiliby.
●Have cuts in the skin.
●Have skin lesions(inflammation,etc.).
●Pregnant people（pregnant for over 20 weeks is available for specified menu only.）
●If you have some physical abnormality.please let us know.
Cautions of hair removal
If you are belong to the following items,you may not be able to take the treatment. In order to prevent the accident,please let us know before the treatment. (We cannot take any responsibility in Shanbio in that case.)
●Heart disease(who are using a pacemaker.)
●High blood pressure.
●Gynecological diseases.
●Pregnant people(can not take the treatment).
●Heart，liver，kidney，diabetes and other chronic disease.
●Atopic skin inflammation ,hives,light allergy.
●Have been treated by doctors and have some kind of disabiliby.
●If you have some physical abnormality.please let us know.
Cautions in salon
●Please do not interfere with others'treatment.
●No smoking in salon.
●If you don't feel comfotable during the treatment,please let us know.

サロンのご利用について
当サロンでは、以下の方のご利用をお断りしております。
●他のお客様のご迷惑となる、危険な行為をされた方（公序良俗に反する行為・犯罪行為）
●その他、当サロンをご利用いただくのに相応しくないと認められた方
ご予約に関して
●当サロンは、完全予約制となっておりますので、あらかじめお電話もしくはインターネットよりご予約いただけますようお願いいたします。
●高血圧、体調不良、アレルギー症の方、医師にかかっている方、薬を服用されている方、アルコールを摂取された方、妊娠中、授乳中の方は、必ずご予約時にお申し出ください。（施術が受けられない場合もございます）
●妊娠中の方は20週以降からのご予約が可能となっております。（20週以降の方もメニュー限定で施術可能）
●ご予約のキャンセルや変更は前日の営業時間内にご連絡をお願いいたします。
ご予約当日に関して
●ご予約時間の5分前までに受付にお越しください。なお、ご予約の時間に遅れた場合、技術を短縮させていただく場合もございますのでご了承ください。
●事前に簡単なカウンセリングをさせていただきます。ご不明な点などはご相談ください。
●カウンセリング後、事故を防ぐため、エステティシャンの判断によってはお客様のご希望の施術内容をお受けできない場合もございますので、ご了承ください。
施術前の注意点
下記の項目に該当する場合は、施術をお受けすることができない場合があります。事故を防ぐためにも、施術前に必ず申告していただくようお願い致します。（当店では一切の責任を負いかねます。）
●医療用電子機器を使用している方。
●心臓病・伝染病・妊娠中の方。
●発熱やけが等の疾患がみられる方。
●皮膚感覚に異常がある方。
●てんかんの発作の既往症がある方。
●悪性腫瘍などがある方。
●美容整形等で皮膚の下にシリコンが入っている方。
●治療等で体内に金属が入っている方。
●医師の治療を受けていて、何らかの障害がある方。
●切り傷等の外傷がある方。
●皮膚の病変（炎症など）のある方。
●妊娠中の方（妊娠20週以降の方のみ限定メニューのみ施術可能）。
●その他お身体に異変を感じている場合は必ず申告ください。
脱毛に関する注意点
下記の項目に該当する場合は、施術をお受けすることができない場合があります。事故を防ぐためにも、施術前に必ず申告していただくようお願い致します。（当店では一切の責任を負いかねます。）
●心臓病の方（ペースメーカーなどを使用されてる方）。
●高血圧の方（医師からなんらかの診断をされてる方）。
●婦人科系疾患の方。
●妊娠中の方（施術できません）。
●心臓、肝臓、腎臓、糖尿病などの慢性疾患のある方。
●アトピー性皮膚炎やじんましん、光線過敏症など皮膚疾患のある方。
●医師の治療を受けていて、何らかの障害又は疾病がある方。
●その他お身体に異変を感じている場合は必ず申告ください。
サロン内での注意事項
●他のお客様の技術の妨げになるような行為はお控えください。
●当サロン内はすべて禁煙となっております。ご了承ください。
●技術中、体調を崩されるようなことがありましたらすぐにエステティシャンにお申しつけください。

About acquistion and use of personal infaomation
When we get your personal information,we only use your information within the scope of the purpose after obtaining your approval.

●To confirm registration for membership services and so on

About the provision to third party
Without costomers' approvals,we don't provide personal information to third party.(except the following cases.)
●Disclose by law or public institution request
●In order to send documents currently.personal information will be sent according to the contract.(In that case,only necessary information will be provided.)
About the management of personal information
In order to keep the personal information currently, and to prevent the loss,destruction,falsification,and leakage of personal information, we take security measures to manage the information.
About disclusure,correction and deletion of personal information
We disclose personal information to yourself only.
if there is a wrong personal information,we can correct and delete it.
Depends on costomers' demand,we will corrent or delete the wrong information as soon as possible.

The Shanbio（以下当サロンとする）は、お客様に安心して当店サービスを受けていただくために、全ての運営スタッフが個人情報の保護に関する法律およびその他の法令を遵守し、個人情報の保護に努めます。
個人情報取得・利用について
当サロンは、お客様の個人情報を収集する際には、予め利用目的を明示しお客様の同意を得たうえで、その目的の範囲内でのみ利用するものとします。

●各種サービスのご注文・ご請求・お支払いの確認のため
●当サロンの商品・サービスに関するアンケート調査のため
●会員制サービスへの登録の確認やサービス提供のため

当サロンは、ご本人の同意を得ることなく第三者への個人情報の提供はいたしません。（ただし、以下の場合を除きます。）

●資料発送を正確に行う為、個人情報の取扱いに関する契約を締結した上で、資料発送委託事業者に委託する場合（この場合は送付に必要な情報のみ提供。）

当店は、個人情報の正確性を保ち、また、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えいを防止するため、不正アクセスに対する適正な情報セキュリティ対策を講じ、これを安全に管理いたします。
個人情報の開示・訂正・削除について
個人情報をお知らせいただきましたお客様は、いつでも当店に対して、当店が有しているご本人の個人情報をご本人のみに開示するよう求めることができます。開示の結果、当該個人情報に誤りがある場合は、当店に対して当該個人情報の訂正または削除を要求することができます。
当店では、要求により正しい情報に訂正するか、削除の措置を速やかに行ないます。
